Certified Human Resources Professional CHRP is a senior level HR designation. Certified Human Resources Professional CHRP has been designed based on 4 competencies: HR Functional excellence, HR Business Partnering, HR Development & Leadership, HR Compliance & Law. CHRP assures standard of professional competencies required to play HR’s role in any company.     A: Recertification: Certification Validity is 3 years. Certified Professionals need to be involved in Learning & Development [attend or facilitate] activities related with Competency Framework of CHRP.
